Once again Close To My Heart has stepped up to help the victims of Mother Nature. The tornado in Oklahoma has had a devastating effect. To aid relief efforts, CTMH is making a new Autumn/Winter 2013 stamp set, A True Thank You ($2.95 retail), available immediately, donating 100% of the profits from sales of the set from May 23 through June 30 to the American Red Cross. This stamp set can be found on my website HERE, or look under "Special Promotions" on the shopping area.
Today's Dream Pop artwork is a scrapbook page, Live Out Loud. This paper packet includes 12 cardstock sheets as well as 12 B&T Duos® papers that were specifically designed for this promotion only—you can’t get the paper packet anywhere else!
Quick wedding card that you can tailor to any color scheme. Using the For Always paper packet, I stamped the sentiment in Versamark and heat embossed with White EP. Then use a sponge or brayer to color the rest of the White Daisy paper in black. Put a colored strip of CS across the middle and cut a dimensional flower with the same color.

Clean and simple card using washi tape. Stamp leaves on card base. Stamp larger flower in Pacifica and the smaller one in Sky and cut out both. Attach washi tape and flowers to card base, making the smaller one pop with 3-D tape.

This week's Color Dare (#41) asked us to use Saddle and Cocoa and add a little color to the project. I love the color Sky and have it out on my table a lot lately. So why not continue to use it?
This started out as a quest to make a friend her Mother's Day card, but I'm not sure I attacked this very well. We discussed something springy, something fishy, something Mother's Day. Really didn't accomplish that at all. But, I still love the card. I used the layout from this card by Tresa Black for my project. I tried a new button on the Artiste Cricut Cart, the "i" button, for the Sky flower. The buttons and Opaques make this lumpy bumpy fun!
