Wedding Card

Quick wedding card that you can tailor to any color scheme.  Using the For Always paper packet, I stamped the sentiment in Versamark and heat embossed with White EP.  Then use a sponge or brayer to color the rest of the White Daisy paper in black.  Put a colored strip of CS across the middle and cut a dimensional flower with the same color.

Blue Flowers

Clean and simple card using washi tape.  Stamp leaves on card base.  Stamp larger flower in Pacifica and the smaller one in Sky and cut out both.  Attach washi tape and flowers to card base, making the smaller one pop with 3-D tape.

Happy Mother's Day

A grad student at work asked if I would make her mom a Mother's Day card.  The parameters were, something springy, something fishy, something Mother's Day.  This card is from the Footloose WotG.

A little touch of color...

This week's Color Dare (#41) asked us to use Saddle and Cocoa and add a little color to the project. I love the color Sky and have it out on my table a lot lately. So why not continue to use it?

This started out as a quest to make a friend her Mother's Day card, but I'm not sure I attacked this very well.  We discussed something springy, something fishy, something Mother's Day.  Really didn't accomplish that at all.  But, I still love the card.  I used the layout from this card by Tresa Black for my project.  I tried a new button on the Artiste Cricut Cart, the "i" button, for the Sky flower.  The buttons and Opaques make this lumpy bumpy fun!
