Easter

Two reasons I started doing the Color My Heart Dares are to expand my card making skills (I am a scrapbooker at heart) and use more of my fun crafty CTMH supplies. This week's colors were easy to use for an Easter card, which is coming up this Sunday.  As a scrapbooker, I tend to pick darker, dustier colors, but I feel freer using these colors for cards.
It is square or round week at Mojo Monday, so I chose EGG!  To make the cute egg shaped card, I used the CTMH Art Philosophy Cricut Cart.  This cart has so many images to use.

I worked on another Color My Heart dare.  This week we were dared to use olive, sweet leaf, and goldrush together.   I also tried the sketch at the Mojo Monday blog.  B&T papers from the Flirty paper pack.  Stamps are from the Cricut Artiste Collection Kudos and Memory Labels.

Hooray Bouquet

The Color My Heart blog posts weekly challenges based on colors in the Close To My Heart color palette.  This week's post dared us to use Outdoor Denim, Lagoon, and Pear.  Also this week, Nichol Magouirk blogged a few cute cards a similar color scheme as the Color Dare.  Below is my version of the dare.  I used first and second generation stamping with flowers from the Hooray Bouquet and With Love stamp sets.  The Thank You comes from the A Little Thanks set.  Centers of the some of the flowers are marked by the Blue and Green sparkles.
