TBT: Stella

The colors in the Stella Scrapbook Workshop on the Go really went well with my next set of UM football photos.  And I could make it look less flowery pretty easily, with a few tweaks.  The first layout above includes Stella paper, but also a Picture My Life card from the Chalk It Up Scrapbooking Program.

The circle letter stickers used in all of the layouts are from the Magnifique Complements.  The two pennants are covered by cutouts from the Art Philosphy Cricut Cartridge.

Hidden behind the large photo of the score board is a printout from the newspaper.  This and many other hidden journaling can be found in the CTMH book called Magic.  I love being able to include newspaper articles, without taking up so much space.  If someone wants to read the article, they can.

The first two page layouts are included with the Stella WotG.  The last layout sketch can be found in the Imagine How-To book.  It makes layout design so easy, and you can substitute photos for journaling blocks, like the Picture My Life journaling that I put in the bottom right corner.

Square Birthday Cards

Whether they are small cards or big cards, square cards are fun and different way to celebrate birthdays.  Add the small cards as tags to a present, or create an interactive surprise.  You can be square and be cool!

Tall Birthday Cards

Today is my birthday, so let's celebrate with a few more fun cards from vintage CTMH kit Birthday Bash, including My Stickease cake and balloons and torn B&T paper.  Holiday Red Ink was used to stamp and distress.

Birthday Cards

To celebrate my birthday week, I am sharing a few more vintage kit birthday cards.  Interactive cards can be a fun way to say "Happy Birthday!".  Use bold, fun colors and humorous quotes to bring a smile to the card receiver.

Birthday Bash Tags

In honor of the end of my birthday month, I am posting a host of cards and tags from a vintage CTMH kit from 2005, Birthday Bash.  Retired colors Holiday Red, Sunflower, and Clover Meadow were used to make the festive tags.  Tag base is stamped in Holiday Red ink with confetti and covered with striped B&T paper at the bottom.  The swirls, cake, cupcake, brads and stars are My Stickease.
