CTMH has a useful product called Hook and Loop Tape. I love this! The card above shows one way to use these little dots. The little tab at the top holds one side of the hooks, while the other is on the card base. When you unhook the tab, the squares fold down. You can stamp little messages or images, or even put little photos on each square and give it for Grandparents Day.
